I draw upon more than twenty years of experience in Customer Support, Sales Account Management and Project Management. I have used Salesforce for the last six years as “accidental part-time Admin” as User and Super-User.

In 2022 I have decided to learn something new and discovered Salesforce Trailhead and the Talent-Stacker-Program.

This Website has not been updated while I was busy to settle into my role as a Revenue Systems Manager.

But that will change in 2025.
After the Salesforce Admin, I also got certified as a Salesforce Business Analyst and AI Associate.
I want to write more about the day-to-day work on a Salesforce Sales org. I plan to take you with me on my journey. I will share my experiences learning more about Salesforce and the Superbadges. I will also talk about the Aha-Moments and my path to becoming a certified Salesforce Admin. Plus, I will discuss managing a Salesforce Sales Cloud!
